As an HR Executive, you need to proactively ensure the delivery of HR Processes at Acuver. Drive employee engagement strategy and programs at Acuver. Work along with the HR Team in various tasks including payroll, recruitment, onboarding and employee training and development. You will assist in organizing and planning our HR approaches, policies, and procedures.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Assist in maintaining HR records (Background Verification update/ New Joinee documents upload)
- Preparing the Birthday/ Work Anniversary Banners in every month and scheduling the calendar for the same
- Coordinate and help in organizing company events/ corporate activities/ Training and Development activities with follow up with Employees and Senior Team in regards to Employee Engagement Activities/ Training
- Preparing the Addition/Deletion Data for Insurance every month
- Updating and keeping a track of the Leave Data of all employees on daily basis.Â
- Taking care of the pre and post onboarding activities for new hires and completing the statutory compliances for full time employees and interns
- Learn about the company’s HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related stuff to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.
- Blocking and coordinating on the new joiner connect with CPO/CEO
- Working on the exit formalities, coordinating with employee and IT team for smooth exit.
- Coordinating with Bank official in creating bank account for new employees and sharing the required payroll inputs every month
- Helping the HR Manager in creating the monthly payroll data for salary processing every month
- Preparing the data for employee reimbursements and other claims every month
- Responsible for implementation of talent management, career management Initiatives and provoke positive changes.
Must have SkillsÂ
- Post Graduate Degree in HR
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Team player who’s able to work with multiple departments
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, at the very least
- 0.6-2 years of relevant experience in HR
- Excellent ability to multi-task and take tasks to desired closure.
