Acuver at PRC, 2026

Acuver @ PRC 2026

We are delighted to share that Acuver’s proprietary orchestration platform, Aekyam was demonstrated at the Phygital Retail Convention 2026, held on the 13th and 14th of May at the Jio Convention Centre, Mumbai.

About the event

The Phygital Retail Convention is one of India’s most anticipated retail industry gatherings, bringing together decision-makers, innovators, and industry leaders from across the country and beyond. Each edition of PRC carves out space for conversations that matter: where is retail headed, what is driving that change, and what does it mean for businesses at every level of the ecosystem.

This year’s theme, “The Great Indian Bazaar: A Global Growth Engine,” set the tone for two days of ideas, ambition, and possibility. Acuver joined the conversation with Aekyam, sharing their perspective on: “Built for the Bazaar in Motion. Orchestrating Intelligence in Real Time.”

Aekyam at the booth

Aekyam had its own dedicated booth at the convention, and the response across both days was strong. Retailers and industry leaders stopped by, explored the platform, asked pointed questions, and shared experiences that gave us as much to think about as we gave them. A notable share of those conversations centered around retail and textile, two sectors where the appetite for smarter, faster operations is growing quickly and visibly.

Click. Connect. Create. - The workshop

Aekyam hosted a hands-on workshop at PRC that gave participants direct access to the platform in a live environment. Attendees got to build, experiment, and navigate workflows. The session was insightful and offered something beyond a standard demo: genuine, unfiltered feedback from the people engaging with the product in real time.

[What Else You Can Look Forward To]

And There’s More Happening at the PRC!

Fueling India’s Growth Engine: Keeping the Customer Hooked with Ever-Evolving Retail Concepts

Sunny Nandwani, CEO at Acuver, joined some of the most respected voices in Indian retail as a panelist for one of the sessions. The discussion explored how retailers are reimagining engagement across physical and digital touchpoints, responding to rapidly shifting consumer expectations, and designing experiences that build lasting loyalty rather than momentary attention. Sunny contributed his perspective on how technology, and specifically intelligent orchestration, is becoming central to how retailers adapt and grow in this environment.

Scaling with Soul: Entrepreneurship, Community & Brand Growth

Among the most memorable moments of Acuver’s time at PRC was an intimate fireside chat built around the theme “Scaling with Soul: Entrepreneurship, Community and Brand Growth.” The conversation brought together Sunny Nandwani and Surbhi Bhatia the CEO and Founder of The Mom Store for an exchange that was refreshingly candid. It covered what it genuinely takes to build a brand that resonates with people, how to grow without drifting away from the community that made you, and what adaptive commerce demands of founders navigating a market that never stays still.

Recognizing the builders of digital retail

Sunny also took the stage as host for the Digital Icons Awards, an initiative organized by Aekyam to honor the individuals and organizations driving meaningful change in India’s digital retail landscape. The awards were received with enthusiasm and added a celebratory dimension to a day already full of forward-looking energy.
