Acuver Consulting is looking for a proficient TA Lead between 7-10 years relevant work experience to oversee end to end Recruitment processes. You will support business needs to help all the divisions to get the right candidate and bring them in the organization. The goal is to hire the right talent and enable business success through talent management.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • To own the entire recruitment cycle – right from requirement generation to offer negotiation to ensuring candidate joining in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner.
  • Evaluating the current recruitment process to determine whether it can be modified to increase productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closing with the CPO, Resource Manager, Practice Heads and other stakeholders to anticipate, strategize and plan for future recruitment needs.
  • Liaising with the HR Team for providing the inputs to employees for referral.
  • Timely update the HR team, IT and operations team on the new employee onboarding details.
  • The incumbent will be an individual contributor, manage and oversee a team of recruiters.
  • Supervise and help the recruiter to use updated recruiting techniques and tools.
  • Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options and interface with vendors on requirements.
  • Creatively find new sourcing opportunities and promote Acuver as a great place to work.
  • Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
  • Timely report preparation and report delivery to the management.
  • Conduct screening interviews and drives as and when required, and coordinate follow up interviews.
  • Timely updating the Marketing Team regarding open positions to exhibit the open positions on Acuver website career page.

Must and good to have Skills 

      • Post-Graduation in HR from a reputed organisation having relevant 7-10 years of work experience in recruitment and 1-2 Years of experience in managing a team.
      • People oriented and results driven along with a strong service orientation and to build business relationships with multiple stakeholders.
      • Experience working with Recruiting / HR tools and systems- ATS, resume databases, Social media recruitment, and complex spreadsheets.
      • The right candidate will have effective verbal, and written communication skills and in addition, have an ability to prioritize their time and have a sense of urgency.
      • Excellent skills on MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Powerpoint presentations are a must.
      • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
      • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
